Job Title:
Procurement Contract Manager Job Description As a Procurement Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in negotiating and overseeing legal terms and conditions for various contract agreements. You will advise and support business units in contract administration, ensuring compliance with corporate risk management and policies. Your responsibilities will include contract analysis, development, preparation, and administration, as well as maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and internal departments. You will represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and have the authority to negotiate and execute agreements. Responsibilities Negotiate legal terms and conditions for Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, Amendments, and more. Advise and support business units in contract administration and compliance in line with corporate risk management and policies. Maintain contract oversight for moderately complex and/or critical categories of goods and services. Analyze, develop, prepare, and administer contracts with various responsibilities such as negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Interpret and apply existing contracting guidelines, principles, practices, and theories to complex assignments. Drive awareness and operational implementation of key contract terms with the Procurement Operations function. Manage ongoing contract matters while maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Collaborate and coordinate work with multiple business teams. Represent the organization at stakeholder meetings. Negotiate and execute agreements under delegated authority. Essential Skills 4-7+ years of experience in contract management, including contract negotiation (legal terms and language). Experience with corporate risk management and corporate policy compliance. Ability to negotiate and execute agreements under delegated authority. Experience administering and overseeing contracts with moderate complexity. Knowledge of contracting guidelines, principles, and practices. Ability to ensure compliance with contract terms and corporate policies. Capability to manage contract disputes and ongoing contract matters. Strong collaboration and coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to maintain professional relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 50% on-site presence at the Bothell, WA Building O site. The other 50% can be worked remotely. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
