Job Title:
Procurement Contract Manager Job Description As a Procurement Contract Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating legal terms and conditions for Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, and Amendments. You will advise and support various business units in contract administration and compliance, consistent with corporate risk management and corporate policies. You will maintain contract oversight for moderately complex or critical categories of goods and services. Collaboration and coordination with a wide variety of business teams are essential. Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, redline, and execute contracts for the purchase of materials and services. Facilitate and execute changes to contracts, including amendments, renewals, termination, and extensions, as needed. Secure favorable contract terms and conditions to achieve the best possible outcome, including risk mitigation. Provide contract interpretation, review, and management of agreements and associated documentation. Coordinate with Sourcing/Category Managers, Procurement Operations, Supplier Management, as well as Legal, Risk, Cybersecurity, and other internal teams. Essential Skills 3-5+ years of experience with contract management, including contract negotiation. Strong skills in redlining using track changes in Word. Experience with corporate risk management and corporate policy compliance. Ability to negotiate and execute agreements under delegated authority. Experience administering and overseeing contracts with moderate complexity. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Ariba/SAP is a bonus. Knowledge of and ability to apply contracting guidelines, principles, and practices. Ability to ensure compliance with contract terms and corporate policies. Capability to manage contract disputes and ongoing contract matters. Strong collaboration and coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to maintain professional relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Work Environment This position is based in Bothell, WA, with a hybrid work model requiring 50% on-site presence and 50% remote work. You will be part of a reputable energy and utilities company, enjoying benefits such as 5 days of PTO and 12 holidays during the contract period. The role offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
