Job Description We are seeking a Project/Program Manager III to temporarily backfill a full-time employee on maternity leave. The focus of this role will be on centralized test rack procurement, including verification of Bills of Materials (BOM) and collaboration with Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) teams to ensure accuracy and completeness before procurement. Responsibilities Verify and validate Bills of Materials in collaboration with LRU teams. Ensure accuracy and completeness of component specifications before procurement. Manage 200+ tickets involving procurement, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and customer communication. Source and procure test racks, test fixtures, harnessing components, and PCBA boards to support engineering and testing operations. Place purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of critical testing equipment. Proactively communicate delivery timelines and estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates to internal requestors. Coordinate receiving logistics and distribution when parts arrive at the facility. Serve as the primary point of contact for test equipment procurement inquiries. Track and monitor outstanding orders to maintain visibility on the procurement pipeline. Support cross-functional teams by ensuring testing infrastructure is available when needed. Coordinate and complete project-program tasks, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs. Essential Skills 2-4 years of experience in procurement and logistics. Experience with systems like Jira, CUA, and SAP. Strong communication skills and ability to handle ambiguity. Proficiency in ServiceNow and Smartsheet. Strong attention to detail and information management capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience in stakeholder communication. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to perform cognitive work to map ticket groups to appropriate projects. Work Environment This is a contract position with a preference for the Bellevue location, though remote work is acceptable with at least three days of on-site presence for ramp-up and key meetings. The work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for independent work with collaborative sharing opportunities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
