Direct Hire Jun 18, 2026 Procurement Operations Manager 10834 Our client in Dallas is looking for a Procurement Operations Manager. This is a hybrid position that is direct hire. We are seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to lead procurement operations, systems support, and process execution across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. This role serves as the central point of coordination for operational and system-related requests, ensuring effective prioritization, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. The Procurement Operations Manager will oversee procurement systems support, manage a procurement systems resource, and partner closely with Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to drive efficient procurement-to-pay operations. This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong procurement expertise with operational excellence and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop procurement systems support resources, setting priorities and performance expectations. Serve as the primary intake point for procurement operational and system-related requests, managing prioritization and escalation. Oversee procurement systems support, issue resolution, user guidance, and process documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, scalability, and compliance. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support seamless Source-to-Pay processes and resolve operational challenges. Ensure procurement processes effectively support Accounts Payable and financial workflows. Monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and provide reporting and insights to leadership. Support system adoption, governance, training, and optimization initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, supply chain, or Source-to-Pay environments. Prior leadership or people management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contracting, procure-to-pay, invoicing, and supplier management processes. Experience with enterprise procurement or procure-to-pay platforms preferred. Proven ability to manage operational workflows, prioritize competing demands, and lead issue resolution. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. #ind #zr
