Sales and Purchasing Administrator Arrow Construction Supply LLC Spokane, WA Job Details Full-time $80,168.40 - $85,000.00 a year 9 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Computer operation English Customer inquiry handling High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Purchasing Administrator to support our sales, purchasing, logistics, and operations teams. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, vendor purchasing, freight logistics, ERP data management, and process documentation to help ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This is a full-time remote position with initial on-site training (approximately 3-4 weeks). Occasional on-site attendance may be required based on operational needs. The position reports directly to the Operations/Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across departments, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders Coordinate with inside and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor order status and support on-time delivery expectations Purchasing & Vendor Coordination Research vendors, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders Coordinate special-order products and vendor deliveries Monitor inventory levels and purchasing needs Logistics & Operations Track inbound and outbound freight expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities Research credits, returns, and payment discrepancies as needed Maintain accurate ERP system data using Flyntlok Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation Industry & Product Knowledge Develop knowledge of equipment and materials offered for rental and sale Research product specifications, pricing, availability, and market trends Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations/Facilities Manager or management team Qualifications 3+ years of experience in purchasing and freight logistics Experience supporting sales, operations, or customer service functions preferred Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience creating SOPs and improving operational processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems Education High school diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Additional Information This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus based on company performance.
