Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in Telecom, is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their team. As an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the procurement support team, assisting in analyzing supplier data, market trends, and evaluating cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Analyze spend data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and sourcing gaps + Track pricing trends, supply market conditions, and category benchmarks + Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for sourcing and procurement leaders + Support supplier evaluation through data analysis and assist in conducting RFQs/RFPs + Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and support contract preparation •What's Needed?
  • + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel + Experience with RFPs, RFQs, and bid analysis + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent; familiarity with Gardner research tools is a plus
