Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing (Government COE) The Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing is responsible for leading the sourcing organization to deliver operational excellence in the Honeywell Aerospace GCOE (non-commercial) operating system within their supplier portfolio. Ensure flawless execution of approved strategies and operations in their respective region. Will ensure adherence to all Honeywell Aerospace policies, procedures and usage of tools to maintain a compliant operating environment. Integrate with peer organizations to drive speed and schedule fidelity. The successful candidate will report directly to our Chief Procurement Officer and will work out of one of our Aerospace Facilities in the United States on a Hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Directors and Sr. Managers driving execution of approved Government sourcing strategies and supplier relationships Deep penetration of QBR's across their scope of supply base to improve supplier performance Drive Government supplier recovery coordination, capacity and growth cross-functionally to protect revenue and ensure continuity of supply Compliance to all processes, procedures and required usage of Honeywell tools, and Accelerator Drive and deliver Sourcing metrics to achieve Productivity, Contracts, DLTP and all assigned targets as required to support STRAP and AOP Transition, VE, project schedule fidelity to support AOP objectives Oversee relationships across supply base to be leveraged for performance improvements Collaboration with Government and Commercial Sourcing Category Strategy team to ensure flawless coordination of work transfer Recruit, develop and retain top talent within the industry Frequent travel to supplier locations and Honeywell sites for meetings/ visits Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing/Procurement, and leading projects/teams

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical or Business-related field Proven leadership skills across highly diverse and excelling teams Working and/or Leading in Matrix and complex Team Environments Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills to support organizational development Extensive experience in procurement within aerospace and government business segments Highly resourceful and results-oriented with a strong bias for action Demonstrated supplier development experience from new product development to full rate production Project Management and/or Government Contract Management Experience Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management People Leader experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business Demonstrated Business knowledge and financial acumen of the Aerospace Industry Experience with SAP, E-Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project mgmt. Tools Executive level presence and presentation skills Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
