We are a rapidly growing construction-focused project management company with a hands-on approach — self-delivering every aspect of the construction process through our in-house expertise. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team. As part of a larger group, we operate across four core divisions: Small Works, Projects, Renewables, and Asset Management. This structure allows us to provide tailored solutions, whether it's delivering fast-track refurbishments, managing large-scale developments, or advancing sustainable energy solutions. Whether you're on the tools or behind the scenes, there's room to grow, lead, and make an impact. What You'll Be Doing. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing supplier relationships, improving commercial performance, and ensuring our supply chain remains compliant, efficient, and scalable as we continue to grow.
Procurement & Commercial Responsibilities:
Negotiating pricing, terms, and framework agreements with suppliers and subcontractors Managing supplier relationships across materials, plant, labour, and specialist services Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving profit margins across all divisions Sourcing new suppliers and subcontractors to support operational growth Monitoring supplier performance, quality, and delivery standards Managing purchase orders and supporting procurement processes across the business Reviewing market trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness Supporting operational teams with material and subcontractor procurement
Compliance & Supply Chain Responsibilities:
Maintaining and managing the approved supplier database Ensuring subcontractors and suppliers remain compliant with company and industry requirements Monitoring insurances, accreditations, certifications, and health & safety documentation Supporting supply chain audits and compliance reporting Assisting with ISO standards and procurement procedures Helping implement sustainable and efficient procurement practices Reducing commercial and supply chain risk across the business What We're Looking For. You'll thrive here if you're: Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Confident building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors A strong communicator, both written and spoken Proactive and capable of taking ownership of procurement processes Analytical and comfortable reviewing pricing, trends, and supplier performance Able to work collaboratively with operational and commercial teams Experienced in procurement, supply chain, or commercial management within construction, facilities management, or a related industry Desirable (but not essential): Experience within construction, FM, M&E, or renewables sectors Knowledge of supplier compliance and subcontractor management Experience supporting ISO or accreditation processes Experience using procurement or job management systems Are you ready to grow with a company that's building for the future?
