Supply Chain Category Manager

This role supports strategic sourcing initiatives across Brunswick Boat Group , managing a portion of the $100M+ global chemical spend. As a trusted procurement partner, the Supply Chain Category Manager will drive cost optimization, supplier development, and risk mitigation, while supporting a broader supply chain transformation across 12 manufacturing locations. Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier strategy development, contract negotiations, and category planning Analyze market and spend data to provide insights, reporting, and recommendations that support business objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align on goals and performance Identify, onboard, and manage global and regional suppliers while monitoring vendor performance to ensure cost, quality, service, and risk requirements are met

Qualifications:
