In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products, and inventory to support manufacturing and production activities. Your expertise in ERP systems, supplier management, and demand planning will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory levels. Join us to play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting our company's growth through strategic purchasing and inventory control. Duties Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production schedules, demand planning, and supply chain objectives. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Oversee inventory management processes using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to support production planning, materials management, and lean manufacturing initiatives. Monitor inventory control procedures across warehouses and logistics operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and streamline supply chain workflows. Lead logistics coordination for inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, and warehouse operations to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms; experience with MRP is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in supplier management, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluation. Knowledge of inventory management techniques including inventory control, demand planning, and lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse experience, and materials handling best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making in supply chain optimization. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and build strong supplier relationships.
