Product Manager

  • $130,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager
  • Core Categories to lead the performance, innovation, and growth of our most critical product lines.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a commercially minded leader with experience in the home services industry who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. What You'll Bring:
  • Background in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building materials, or related spaces strongly preferred) Experience collaborating with or selling through big-box retail channels (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) a plus
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing category performance and profitability
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and collaboration
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness
  • Own and manage product roadmaps, balancing innovation, lifecycle management, and financial outcomes Lead new product development from concept through successful launch
  • Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Leverage market data, consumer insights, and industry trends to inform decision-making
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on customer strategies and go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Sourcing to improve forecasting, inventory, and supply chain performance
