Job Description Responsible for managing and facilitating major strategic organizational projects. Provides recommendations on which projects should be initiated based on a thorough assessment of costs, risks, timelines, and operational importance of projects. Supports and manages the integration of new business units and movement of services across the organization. Adheres to best practices for operations integration and implementation. Monitors performance and recommends changes and improvements to operational leaders. Reports projects advancement to Integration Team Leadership. Ensures alignment with policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Key Duties & Responsibilities Partners with functional teams to efficiently extend capabilities to all Health System members. Manages to performance metrics, standards, and methods that facilitate integration success. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear and attainable targets. Supports change management plans associated with integration by leveraging and developing key stakeholder relationships to obtain support and buy-in for changes; ensures executive leadership, project/program champions, and business units communicate and align improvement initiatives to guide long-term organization strategy; empowers stakeholders to embrace a change management mindset, understand intent and purpose, and foster a culture of change. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders; ensures alignment and support across all levels of the organization. Supports and refines methodologies for strategy translation, implementation, and measurement, including identifying the business problem, evaluating potential strategies, prioritizing moves, and developing strategy roadmaps. Partners with Strategic Planning and operational teams on documenting and disseminating best practices of strategy translation into execution. Ensures that these methodologies are applied consistently and effectively across the organization. Ensures the appropriate engagement of internal and external parties in all activities. Qualifications Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
