Job Description

Position Overview Herdt Consulting is preparing to support a large-scale enterprise systems program for the U.S. Navy , delivering mission-critical ERP sustainment, modernization, and optimization services across its supported commands. This program enables financial, supply chain, and procurement operations within a highly regulated DoD environment, requiring seamless alignment between business processes, technology, and data to ensure compliance, performance, and mission readiness. The Program Manager will serve as the overall lead responsible for driving execution across all functional areas, coordinating integrated delivery teams, and serving as the primary interface with Navy stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery of system deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining strong governance, managing contract performance, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across a complex, distributed enterprise environment.

Bachelor s Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience:
10+ years of Program Management experience, preferably within the
