New Heights Alabama is growing its outreach team in Birmingham and hiring a full-time Leadership Development Associate to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and client engagement efforts throughout the area. This entry-level Leadership Development Associate opportunity is designed for ambitious individuals who want to build leadership skills through real-world experience. Every Leadership Development Associate works directly with nonprofit client campaigns, develops professional communication abilities, and gains exposure to team development, fundraising strategy, and client relations.
