CCLC Program Director Funding:
100% Administrative•
Title IV, Part B Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Current valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate. Demonstrated positive communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. 21st CCLC grant knowledge preferred Understanding of Federal and State grant compliance preferred. Demonstrated successful administrative or supervisory experience in a K-12 environment preferred. Experience working with online platforms and data tracking software preferred.
Essential Duties:
Serve as the instructional and administrative leader of the 21st CCLC program. Work with staff, students, and the community to ensure a high-quality educational program. Provide leadership for an environment of high expectations for staff and students. Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for the 21st century. Provide a safe, orderly environment that facilitates learning. Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other stakeholders. Perform related duties as required by the Executive Director of Federal Programs and/or 21st CCLC Program Director.

$50.00 per hour How to
