The Campus Coordinator supervises all activities that contribute to the maintenance of program structure and support the achievement of client treatment goals. This individual also supports and assists the Director of Programs in the successful growth and continuous improvement of the treatment program. Ensure that program endeavors reflect a commitment to the Mission and Vision of Pathway, Inc. Assist the Director of Programs to evaluate the program's effectiveness and performance. Keep the Director of Programs promptly and fully informed of all concerns or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or recommend alternative courses of action. Plan, implement and evaluate performance of all disaster preparedness tests at the program's site. Establish and promote rapport in and among services to enhance interdisciplinary decision-making. Coordinate, distribute, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of program planning schedules. Interpret/explain Pathway's policies and procedures to employees, clients, family members, visitors, regulatory agencies, etc. as necessary. Apply Performance Improvement principles to existing program processes; actively seek and test alternative approaches to improve processes. Attend and participate in weekly management meetings and cascade weekly meetings to Direct Care Staff. Assist in planning and implementing community based recreational, social, and cultural activities for clients. Assist in meeting with individual clients at least once per week to develop money management skills. Remain on 24-hour call to respond to requests for assistance from staff; inform subordinate staff of back-up as necessary. Review Behavior Management Plans to ensure staff understanding in how to comply with client behavior. Assist in investigating employee, client, and family concerns. Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned: maintain a qualified staff; communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned; recommend standards of performance as a basis to review and evaluate progress of personnel assigned; ensure proper training of personnel assigned; foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity. Administer annual Performance Evaluations for Direct Care staff. Supervise weekly dorm inspections. Monitor inventory and report any changes/needs to the Director of Programs. Assist in behavioral interventions. Supervise Direct Care staff in the transportation of clients as subject to Pathway Policy and Procedures. Review time sheets for Direct Care staff weekly. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five years supervisory experience in the field of behavioral health care An energetic individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image High school education or equivalent Bachelors preferred To provide the degree and quality of service in the least restrictive environment for our neighbor's children that we would be compelled to provide for our own and to provide these services wherever possible in a manner that reflects the best of traditional and contemporary values embraced by families. Additionally, the program must strive to make itself accessible to families and agencies with varying abilities, mechanisms, and resources for funding services.
