Job Description

This position seeks a highly qualified candidate for the Program Manager, AMP role within the Farm Production and Conservation ( FPAC ) Program. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the production and marketing of sheep and goat commodities through a series of pilot projects that provide voluntary incentives to U.S. growers and producers to adopt improved practices. This role includes targeted outreach and technical support for underserved growers and producers. The Program Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute assigned research and programmatic activities and ensure alignment across multiple projects. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day project leadership, coordinate data collection and reporting, manage project timelines and budgets, and resolve team challenges as they arise. The Program Manager will also support the FPAC program implementation and ensure project deliverables are completed within established deadlines and funding limitations.
