Summary of Job Duties:
The Nature Program Facilitator supports and delivers highquality outdoor learning experiences for children ages 5-12. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, organized, and enthusiastic about fostering children's curiosity through nature-based exploration. Facilitators will lead daily activities for summer camps and other outdoor programs, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Job Duties:
Program Facilitation:
Lead, supervise, and support daily activities for children participating in nature programs and summer camps. Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experience for children in outdoor settings. Perform other duties as assigned to support program success.
Facility Prep:
Reset[RF2.1] and prepare program spaces daily. Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies used during activities. Identify and report needed repairs or supply replenishments to supervisors.
Planning and Curriculum Support:
Collaborate with supervisors to plan and implement naturebased curriculum and daily activity schedules. Adapt lessons and activities to meet the needs, interests, and abilities of diverse groups of children. Contribute ideas that enhance program quality and support child-led exploration. This...
