Avondale, AZ Job Details 17 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description The general purpose of this position is to supervise staff in the implementation of prevention programs and coordinate the strategies and activities in the program. 1. Carries out supervisory functions of training, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating performance of all assigned staff. Administers disciplinary action when necessary and in a timely and professional manner, consulting with Human Resources in accordance with policy. 2. Works in collaboration with Human Resources to establish departmental/program staffing needs, participating fully in the recruitment and selection process. 3. Provides program supervision and oversees all assigned program strategies and activities. Monitors the effectiveness of the implementation of prevention programs by working in collaboration with the program evaluators. Utilizes the information to set continuous quality improvement goals with the program and staff. 4. Monitors the effectiveness of the implementation of prevention programs. 5. Maintains the assigned program's budget and expenditures. 6. Develops training and/or sustainability opportunities to aid community, youth, parents, and schools in effectively implementing prevention programs in their environment. 7. Completes all necessary communications, reports, and data for the appropriate funding sources and partners. 8. Coordinates and facilitates staff development trainings. 9. Develops strong partnerships by participating in community meetings/events, collaborating with key community stakeholders, and engaging in strategic communication with other partners. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health or related field. Must meet Agency requirements for Behavioral Health Technician. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid AZ Drivers License. Must possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or be eligible for one.
