Job Description

Coordinate with cross-sector account participants to ensure accurate, timely data inputs and alignment with account-level reporting and expected governance standards. Ensure consistent application of account-wide reporting standards and performance metrics to maintain transparency and comparability across the organization. Monitor portfolio performance indicators and analyze trends, variances, and leading indicators to identify emerging risks, performance gaps, improvement opportunities and immediately report on areas of concern. Communicate progress and strategic priorities across Key Accounts, ensuring internal and external stakeholders/customers remain aligned: Develop and deliver standardized dashboards, executive reports, and leadership briefings that clearly summarize account health, trends, and outcomes monthly or more often should concerns arise. Adjust communication style and content to suit diverse audiences—executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional delivery teams. Translate complex financial and operational data into concise narratives that support decision-making and strategic direction. Develop and deliver standardized dashboards, executive reports, and leadership briefings that clearly summarize account health, trends, and outcomes monthly or more often should concerns arise. Adjust communication style and content to suit diverse audiences—executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional delivery teams. Translate complex financial and operational data into concise narratives that support decision-making and strategic direction. Monitor account profitability, fee structures, and contract compliance. Provide analytical support for proposals, renewals, and commercial decisions using historical performance data and forecasting. Track and report on financial performance across the client portfolio. Analyze fee performance, margin trends, backlog, and forecast accuracy, and communicate insights to leadership and account teams. Promote best practices for key account management governance, data quality, reporting consistency, and performance review disciplines. Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the account. Coordinate resource planning to ensure optimal staffing for client needs. Establish and enforce CRM standards across key accounts, ensuring Key Account Managers maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity tracking, and client engagement data to enable reliable forecasting and account-level analytics and decision-making. Conduct client surveys for quality assurance. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Construction Management, or a related field. 7-12+ years of experience in program management, client portfolio management, analytics, strategy, or consulting roles. Proven experience managing large clients or multi-project programs. Strong financial acumen related to project budgets, forecasting, and fee management. Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive-reporting skills, with the ability to influence insight through insight. Certifications or advanced training in analytics, finance, program management, or business intelligence preferred. Experience in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, aviation, civil, or data centers. Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
