CORE FOCUS

Business Segment Director responsible for leadership and growth of mission-critical Aerospace / Defense programs involving: satellites space systems networking cybersecurity cryptographic systems national security technologies This role requires operational leadership, business growth capability, customer relationship management, and technical understanding of secure defense systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Aerospace / Defense business segment operations Drive growth across national security programs Manage mission-critical defense portfolios Support development and production programs Lead highly skilled technical teams Build and expand government/customer relationships Identify and capture adjacent opportunities Partner with internal/external stakeholders Support strategic program execution Drive operational and financial performance Lead high-assurance secure systems Initiatives

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Active TS/SCI with Poly Aerospace / Defense leadership Space systems / satellite programs National security environments Cryptographic/security solutions High-assurance secure systems Compartmented programs Program growth and capture Executive stakeholder communication Operational leadership Financial/business metrics ownership Agile development environments Leadership of technical teams

HIGHLY PREFERRED

Space mission systems Avionics environments Networking systems Secure data transport systems Certification authority exposure Government/DoD customer ecosystem Mission solution delivery leadership Capture/program expansion experience

Pay:

$200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
