The CAPEX Management Program Manager supports managing the company's capital expenditure portfolio by preparing detailed analysis, documentation, tracking, and reporting required for effective decision-making. This role focuses on operational rigor, financial detail, and cross-functional coordination to ensure capital plans, approvals, and execution data are accurate, timely, and leadership-ready. The role acts as a key extension of the Director, enabling higher-quality capital governance, improved visibility, and disciplined execution. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 10+ years of experience in program management, CAPEX, finance, operations, or analytics Strong attention to detail with solid financial and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort working with large datasets
Preferred:
MBA or Master's degree Experience in manufacturing, operations, facilities, or capital-intensive environments
Due Diligence:
Prepare detailed CAPEX analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership and executive reviews Consolidate inputs from Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain into clear, decision-ready outputs Support the Director in capital planning cycles, reviews, and steering meetings CAPEX Tracking & Reporting Maintain detailed tracking of CAPEX requests, approvals, forecasts, and actual spend Produce regular reports on budget vs. actuals, project status, risks, and variances Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CAPEX data across systems and reports Assist in building and validating business cases, including ROI, NPV, payback, and cost-benefit analyses Work with Finance to ensure alignment between capital plans, forecasts, and financial reporting Support post-implementation reviews by gathering data and documenting outcomes Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between project owners, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams Follow up on open actions, data gaps, and approvals to keep capital processes moving Help standardize templates, documentation, and workflows across CAPEX projects Support improvement of CAPEX governance processes, tools, and documentation
