Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$65,000- $68000 starting salary annually, depending on experience

Mission-driven, collaborative, and supportive team culture What You'll Do Program Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8+ program staff Oversee daily program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Data, Performance & Strategy Monitor program performance using data, metrics, and reporting systems Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes Ensure compliance with national standards, grant requirements, and child safety policies Provide strategic insight to leadership on program growth and capacity Program Quality & Growth Strengthen enrollment, match retention, and overall participant experience Establish benchmarks and systems that support program expansion Use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes for youth Hands-On Program Support Maintain a small caseload of high-priority matches Support enrollment, interviews, and match introductions as needed Assist staff with complex match situations and ensure child safety Community Engagement Build and maintain relationships with schools, businesses, and community partners Identify and develop new opportunities to expand program reach Fund Development Support Partner with the development team on events and community engagement Promote a culture of philanthropy within the program team What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (social services, education, or related field preferred) 3+ years of experience in human services or youth development 5+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong experience using data and reporting systems to drive decisions Experience working with CRM/databases (Salesforce or similar preferred) Key Skills Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to child safety and high-quality service delivery Preferred Nonprofit experience Bilingual (English/Spanish)Additional Details Travel:
Local travel (10-15%) and monthly travel toSafford, AZ Schedule:
Some evenings and weekends requiredWork Environment:
Primarily office-based; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs What Success Looks Like In the first 6-12 months, the Program Director will: Strengthen team performance through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability Improve program workflows and operational efficiency Establish consistent use of data to track performance and outcomes Enhance match support quality and participant experience Build stronger relationships with key community partners Create a clear roadmap for program growth and sustainabilityPay:
