As the cornerstone of our program, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate educational activities, and ensure that all students receive high-quality support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education, experience in education administration, and a commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead the overall management of the after school program, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to organizational policies. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote student growth, creativity, and social-emotional development. Supervise staff members, including teachers and program assistants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, school partners, and community stakeholders to support student success. Monitor program compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational standards. Oversee enrollment processes, attendance tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Manage program resources efficiently, including supplies, facilities, and budgets to maximize program quality. Requirements Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration is highly desirable. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams within educational or community programs. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds in an educational setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, families, staff, and community partners. Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices for after school programming. University experience or familiarity with academic environments is a plus but not required.
