In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care that promotes independence and improves quality of life. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy plans designed by licensed behavior analysts, ensuring consistency and fidelity in intervention delivery Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Conduct patient assessments and intake procedures to evaluate behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Support children with autism and other developmental disabilities through engaging activities that promote communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical standards Assist in diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education staff, therapists, and families—to ensure cohesive care plans and effective communication Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is essential Experience in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation is required for success in this role Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management is beneficial Background in special education or behavioral health settings will support effective intervention implementation Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are vital for building trusting relationships with clients and families Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to transforming lives through compassionate care and innovative behavioral strategies.
