What You'll Do Lead astronomy, Earth observation, and national space programs from proposal through execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical excellence Coordinate cross‑functional teams, identify resource constraints, and drive solutions to meet program milestones Serve as the primary business and technical point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction Present program status, risks, and solution approaches to customers and internal leadership Lead proposal development, including pricing activities and technical/management content Support contract negotiations, compliance, forecasting, and ERP‑based program tracking Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, including trade shows and customer engagements What You Need B.S. TS&I Salary Range:
