Job Description

Help Clients Get the Most From Their InvestmentA rapidly growing software company is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support client onboarding, account management, and customer retention initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building and helping customers achieve success while working in a collaborative technology environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and ongoing support.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for assigned accountsAssist clients with onboarding and implementation processesSchedule and coordinate customer training sessionsMonitor customer satisfaction and engagement levelsEscalate technical issues to appropriate teamsAdministrative & Project SupportMaintain CRM records and customer documentationTrack client activity and service metricsGenerate reports for leadership reviewSupport customer retention and account growth initiatives
