We currently seek Kind, LVN for our Health Services Coordinator position to focus on creating a positive experience for all residents and their family members by providing outstanding care and customer service. The right candidates will possess all of the following as well as specialty areas designated below:

• Nursing License, LVN
• Fingerprint clearance as required by government regulations and negative TB test
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work related situations 1) Health Services Coordinator Full-Time
• Assist with the hiring, training, performance management and supervising of staff.
• Supervision responsibilities include handling call-offs, monitoring overtime ensuring shift duty list is complete, scheduling breaks and meals for staff, ensuring adequate supplies are available and ensuring residents' personal items are properly and securely stored.
• Assist caregivers in the performance of their job requirements and assume caregiver activities when needed.
