Job Description:
Overview We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Head of Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs. Key Responsibilities Lead program management function across the organization Drive execution of strategic initiatives and company priorities Establish program management frameworks and best practices Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, etc.) Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks Track and report program progress to leadership Improve operational efficiency and execution discipline Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders Requirements 8-12 years of program/project management experience Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs Excellent organizational and communication skills Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments Experience with program management tools and methodologies Nice to Have PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications Experience in tech or product-driven companies Background working with engineering/product teams
