You will serve as the primary authority for cost, schedule, and technical performance, driving high-impact results in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from initial procurement and demand planning to final hardware delivery. Manage technical scope, cost estimates, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure program milestones are met with precision. Optimize production capacity by aligning build schedules with engineering roadmaps and long-range business objectives. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturability and design, proactively resolving technical bottlenecks to maintain floor momentum. Monitor and report on Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs) and Discrepancy Reports (DRs) to ensure hardware quality and compliance. Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, engineering teams, and program management to mitigate risks and accelerate delivery timelines. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline with a strong foundation in project management. Proven experience managing cost, schedule, and risk within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment. Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage performance metrics. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience with agile or waterfall execution methodologies tailored to hardware development. Familiarity with satellite systems and high-reliability hardware components. Active TS/SCI security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. Experience with collaborative platforms like Confluence to streamline team documentation.
