We believe in doing whatever it takes to support the service channel and our customers! Service Channel Program Managers create and own Apple's service channel programs. They work with a wide scope of cross-functional teams to lead programs and projects implementing service strategy and improving the customer experience. As a program manager you will collaborate daily across these groups and drive projects by influencing and motivating cross-functional teams.
