SUMMARY The Seventh Generation Fund for Indigenous Peoples' Empowered Roots Program comprises community-basedprojects nationally and globally engaged in community organizing activities and grant-funded servicesunder the auspices of Seventh Generation Fund's non-profit status. The ER Program Coordinator works inrespectful collaboration with other SGF team members, leadership, and the relevant projects toimplement the policies, procedures, and activities of the ER Program by nurturing the growth,development, and success of the diverse projects, and facilitates their accomplishing project objectivesand development. This includes being responsive to and working directly with community-based projectsin reservation, rural, and urban settings through effective administration, communications, technicalassistance provision, and other program-related coordination and support for the realization of the ER projects'goals and the ER Program's overall success.

$49,920-$54,080 RESPONSIBILITIES ❖ Work to advance the overall purpose of the Seventh Generation Fund for Indigenous Peoples ❖ Coordinate and implement the policies, procedures, and activities of the SGF ER Program by working in direct partnership with those projects ❖ Engage directly with ER project representatives to provide project planning and implementation, training and technical assistance, ER program-related administration, and advocacy and education support ❖ Collaborate with other SGF branches to support ER projects in managing their goals, preparing reports, and to fulfill their grant related responsibilities ❖ Assist with, and may take some leadership in if requested, for the coordination with other team members for training and technical assistance, and workshops to support ER projects' organizational development provided by SGF, or by our partners, or SGF contractors to the ER Program ❖ Support and coordinate, independently and in concert with SGF colleagues and teams, materials in preparation for annual audit as related to ER projects ❖ Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
❖ Commitment to social justice and Indigenous Peoples' self-determination ❖ Direct experience with Native/Indigenous Peoples, issues, and communities ❖ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with strong logistical, creative thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, or equivalent experience in a similar field ❖ Threshold of 2 years with a Native community organization, non-profit, or related experience ❖ Strong oral and written communication skills ❖ Ability to travel nationally and / or internationally - solo or as a team member ❖ Able to work flexibly and adjust to changing needs of the organization ❖ Native/Indigenous preference honored The Seventh Generation Fund is committed to building the knowledge base, skills, and capacity of Indigenous Peoples, and providing opportunity for employment and professional development that serves and strengthens their families, communities, and Nations.
