The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact. This role involves managing various projects, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring the effective execution of program initiatives. This role includes direct service with youth, including mentorship, event support, and facilitation of prevention classes. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Coordinate fundraising efforts to secure resources necessary for program sustainability. Meet with youth clients 1-on-1 to provide mentorship, support, and goal tracking. Assist with grant management, including outcome tracking, grant reporting, budget management, and assistance with grant applications Facilitate youth prevention classes, small groups, and workshops. Help plan and participate in community events, awareness efforts, and outreach. Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making processes. Deliver engaging presentations and public speaking engagements to promote program visibility and community involvement. Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build a strong support network. Develop administrative processes that streamline operations and improve efficiency within the program. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to foster relationships that benefit program objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading programs or initiatives. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Administrative experience that includes managing budgets, reports, and compliance documentation. Experience working with youth and/or vulnerable populations. Familiarity with human trafficking prevention and trauma-informed care Commitment to the Coalition's mission and faith-based values.
