We specialize in serving patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and related challenges—patients who are often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems. We provide advanced pharmacy services and wraparound care that ensure patients can access and stay on complex medications. We offer in-home and community-based injection support, help patients navigate insurance and prior authorizations, and work closely with providers to overcome barriers to treatment. Job Overview:
The Mobile Clinic Coordinator supports day-to-day coordination of AHCS's mobile clinic program, ensuring effective scheduling, routing, documentation, and communication for injections, including long-acting injectable (LAI) services.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Route Coordination Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for mobile staff Support route optimization and real-time schedule changes Serve as central communication point Operational & Administrative Support Track and validate documentation Coordinate medication logistics with pharmacy teams Maintain accurate contact lists Program Support & Compliance Support onboarding and training coordination Track licenses, certifications, and training requirements Assist with incident reporting Process Improvement & Reporting Identify workflow gaps Support SOP development and training Track operational metrics
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred 2+ years healthcare coordination or operations experience Experience with behavioral health or LAIs preferred Bilingual Spanish preferred
Working Conditions:
