Through wilderness excursions, community service projects, and student-led initiatives, we help young people develop the skills to become engaged leaders in their communities. The Program Manager will work directly with students, coordinate programs and events, organize outdoor adventures, and mentor young leaders. Qualifications Experience working with youth Experience camping, hiking, and backpacking Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work weekends Responsibilities Plan and lead outdoor education trips like camping, backpacking, and hiking Coordinate youth leadership programs and events Mentor and supervise student leaders Manage logistics, budgets, and program communications Build relationships with schools, families, and community partners To apply, please send a resume, cover letter, and two references to !
