Job Description
IT Program Coordinator - ConstructionYou'll Be Working On Large-Scale, High Impact Technology Initiatives in Your CommunityYou'll support a portfolio of projects involving enterprise technology deployments such as network infrastructure, communications systems, security platforms, and end-user technology rollouts across a complex environment.
Coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple active initiatives-tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders alignedOwn project documentation and reporting, including schedules, status updates, risk tracking, and executive-ready materialsAct as a central liaison between technical teams, vendors, and program leadership to resolve issues and keep projects moving on time and within scopeQualifications3+ years coordinating IT projects or programs with demonstrated experience in Networking and project documentation for large capital projects, public sector or highly regulated environments.
Proficient with project scheduling toolsExperience or working knowledge of IT Project Management practices, including Agile or PMBOK fundamentals (CAPM/PMP a plus).Hands-on or coordination experience with VoIP, CCTV, AV systems, wireless deployments, and server infrastructure.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders.
