IT Program Coordinator IT Program Coordinator - Construction You'll Be Working On Large-Scale, High Impact Technology Initiatives in Your Community You'll support a portfolio of projects involving enterprise technology deployments such as network infrastructure, communications systems, security platforms, and end-user technology rollouts across a complex environment. Coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple active initiatives-tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders aligned Own project documentation and reporting , including schedules, status updates, risk tracking, and executive-ready materials Act as a central liaison between technical teams, vendors, and program leadership to resolve issues and keep projects moving on time and within scope Qualifications 3+ years coordinating IT projects or programs with demonstrated experience in Networking and project documentation for large capital projects, public sector or highly regulated environments. Proficient with project scheduling tools Experience or working knowledge of IT Project Management practices, including Agile or PMBOK fundamentals (CAPM/PMP a plus). Hands-on or coordination experience with VoIP, CCTV, AV systems, wireless deployments, and server infrastructure.
