Candidate must have a gift and a heart for teaching. Facilitator must be able to teach in a group setting, and have a desire work with the community to help them transform their lives. Faciitator will help teach classes in group sessions, one/one coaching, social development and other related activities that promote and develop healthy, drug-free, self-sufficient successful living. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs that align with organizational goals. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate participants on various topics. Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure effective program delivery. Collaborate with community partners to enhance program reach and impact. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary for continuous improvement. Provide support and guidance to participants, particularly in areas related to addiction counseling and social work. Experience Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate with relevant experience Strong background in public speaking and leadership roles, with the ability to engage students/clients. Knowledge of addiction counseling practices is a plus but not required. A degree in social work or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate with relevant experience.
