Job Description

Overview We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager with a strong engineering and field execution background to lead capital projects. This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from onsite/field work into program leadership and can effectively manage large-scale project involving installation, commissioning, and equipment integration. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of material handling programs Manage multiple concurrent projects involving capital equipment Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineering teams, vendors, and onsite personnel Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup activities, including FAT/SAT coordination Drive project schedules, budgets, and resource planning across all phases Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope Coordinate closely with field teams to resolve technical and operational challenges in real time Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards Required Qualifications 3+ years of program or project management experience in a related technical environment Prior onsite/field experience (must have hands-on project exposure; not solely a remote PM background) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar required; PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, operations, or vendor management environments
