Job Summary Job Summary The "Expanded Learning Opportunity Program Specialist" is responsible for assisting in the supervision and instruction of students at before and after school programs as well as programs held during intersession breaks and on weekend days. The Expanded Learning Opportunity Program Specialist is also a key part of the planning, preparation, and administration of the district ELOP Program under the supervision and direction of the Coordinator.
