Oakland Academy of Knowledge, Esperanza, KDA. Greenleaf Middle, Lockwood, $200 signing bonus after 90 days of successful continuous employment
Pay:
$24
  • 27/hour
Schedule:
20-30 hours per week (after-school hours) Benefits Up to 15 paid holidays annually. Eligible employees may receive health-related benefits, retirement participation, transit benefits, and wellness programs based on hours worked. Opportunity to gain experience in education, youth development, leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Ensure students are released only to authorized adults and monitor campus entry points. Conduct safety checks and support emergency drills and response procedures. Serve as a welcoming presence for students, families, and visitors. Build positive relationships through responsive communication and excellent customer service. Support daily attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and front desk operations. Assist students who need additional supervision, emotional support, or a break from activities. Participate in program events, trainings, meetings, and other site initiatives. Qualifications Available to work consistently during after-school hours throughout the school year. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to supporting diverse youth and families. Must pass required background and TB clearances.
Preferred:
