Acuity Behavior Solutions is a mission-driven provider of high-quality, research-based Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism and their families in Orange County, CA. We believe in changing lives, and we're looking for dedicated and experienced individuals to join our supportive team.What You'll Do & How You'll Grow:
- Manage ABA cases and ensure high-quality program implementation.
- Support Behavior Interventionists through supervision, training, and constructive feedback.
- Provide parent consultation and caregiver guidance.
- Write reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Analyze data and make program recommendations to promote client success.
- Collaborate with families and other service providers.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, growth-oriented team culture.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience (required).
- Previous experience as a Behavior Therapist, BI, RBT, Tutor, or Paraprofessional.
- Availability for at least 3 weekday afternoons (Monday-Friday) and/or weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift, bend, run, and engage physically with young children.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and dependability.
