Job Description:
We're hiring a Project Administrator to support a high-impact customer engagement program focused on product feedback and executive-level collaboration. This role owns end-to-end coordination of customer and executive engagements , ensuring every detail is handled with precision. You'll work closely with product teams, executives, and customers to deliver seamless, high-touch experiences. If you're highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders, this is a strong opportunity to step into a visible, execution-focused role. What You'll Do Coordinate customer engagements and executive briefings (SVP/EVP/CEO level) Own logistics end-to-end: scheduling, agendas, materials, and stakeholder alignment Prepare executives and teams for high-visibility meetings Manage product feedback sessions, beta programs, and customer participation Track timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups across engagements Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and engagement data Identify risks early and ensure nothing slips What You Bring 8+ years in project coordination, program support, or administrative roles Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex scheduling/logistics Experience supporting executives and external stakeholders Clear communication and strong organizational skills Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools Apply now if you take ownership, stay ahead of details, and deliver consistently high-quality execution.
