This role requires a strategic leader with strong program management expertise and a background in Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Training Programs. The ideal candidate will have experience driving enterprise-wide programs, collaborating with global stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes through effective planning, execution, and change management.

Month Contract Pay Rate:
$38-46/hr on W2 Responsibilities Lead multiple large-scale programs and projects across global and cross-functional teams. Drive Learning & Development initiatives from needs assessment through design, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manage the full program lifecycle, including strategy development, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and program performance tracking. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align program priorities with organizational and L&D objectives. Provide consulting, facilitation, change management, and program leadership expertise across the organization. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery and business impact. Monitor risks, dependencies, timelines, and key performance metrics to drive successful outcomes. Required Qualifications 6-8+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience. Proven experience leading enterprise, global, and cross-functional initiatives. Strong background in Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, Organizational Development, Training Programs, or related disciplines. Expertise in stakeholder management, change management, strategic planning, and program execution. Strong communication, facilitation, consulting, leadership, and presentation skills. Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and program performance metrics. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business functions. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. Background working within technology-driven or fast-paced corporate environments. PMP, PgMP, or related program management certifications are a plus. Interested?
