YEAR JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Eligible to apply for or holds a valid California Administrative Services AND appropriate teaching/certificated related services credential(s)
Education:
Master's Degree, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is preferred
Experience Required:
Prior experience in providing direct services to exceptional children, behavior interventions, and a clear understanding of special education discipline procedures Detailed knowledge of the learning disabled, the communicatively delayed, the physically impaired, autistic, and the emotionally disturbed Knowledge of recent developments in special education (i.e. collaboration, use of technology, curriculum based assessment, positive behavior interventions, discipline procedures) Experience may include teaching, counseling, librarian, and psychologist; however, some teaching experience is preferred Application will be considered incomplete without the following attachments: Current Resume Appropriate Credential (CTC Detail Copy) Three (3) current signed letters of recommendation (signed and dated within two years of date of application) Letter of Introduction/Interest relevant to this position Do not attach a driver's license or any document with a photo of yourself and/or indicating your age, your application will be automatically rejected and screened out.
