  • 4 + Years of Exp in Retail Overview We are seeking an experienced Retail Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives across retail operations, digital transformation, and omnichannel programs.
This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, program governance, and the ability to deliver large-scale retail initiatives on time and within budget. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field 5-10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in retail Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and omnichannel ecosystems Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs Expertise in program management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
