Salary Range:

Team:
As the Behavioral Program Director , you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the execution of the Behavioral Health Program. You will lead the planning, development, and evaluation of therapeutic programs that meet the needs of each resident in accordance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that key performance indicators are met, provide ongoing monitoring of service quality, and coordinate with other departments for effective program delivery. Additionally, you will facilitate Behavioral Team meetings, supervise staff, and ensure the accurate documentation of residents' progress in the program.
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. 3+ years of direct experience working with the mentally ill, preferably severely mentally disordered patients. 2+ years of experience in program supervision and staff management. Experience with treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Experience in a healthcare settings or behavioral health programs. Nice to

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Experience with Title 22 Regulations Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems.
