• What you'll do
• + Manage programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring compliance with financial, technical, and contractual requirements + Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and contracts to meet goals for revenue, margin, and schedule + Develop and maintain budgets, capacity plans, and risk assessments + Drive resolution of technical issues, acceptance testing, and qualification testing for military/aerospace platforms + Cultivate new business opportunities within key accounts and support proposal efforts + Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and recovery plans + Ensure adherence to program objectives and continuous improvement initiatives •What you need•+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (required) + 2-5 years of experience managing programs/projects for military or aerospace applications (required) + PMP certification, Master's degree, or MBA (advantage) + Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project; ERP/MRP experience preferred + Must be a U.

S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)
