Active TS (SCI eligible) Overview Axient is supporting the U.S. Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC) on the FORGE program at Los Angeles
AFB. FORGE
is a next-gen ground system supporting missile warning and defense missions, integrating data from
OPIR, SBIRS, MEO/LEO
constellations, and future sensors. This role will lead cybersecurity efforts across the program-ensuring secure, compliant, and on-time delivery of cyber capabilities. What You'll Do Lead planning, acquisition, and execution of cybersecurity efforts for the FORGE program Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, leadership, government stakeholders, and contractors Manage program cost, schedule, performance, and risk Build and maintain program plans, budgets, and timelines Lead cross-functional teams (cyber, engineering, contracting, ops) Support acquisition strategy and program execution decisions Run program reviews, track progress, and brief senior leadership Ensure compliance with DoD, cybersecurity, and contract requirements Drive issue resolution and keep programs moving forward Requirements 10+ years of program management experience within DoD environments (MAJCOM preferred)
ACTIVE TS
Clearance with SCI eligibility Strong background in cybersecurity programs (cyber ops, cloud security, or defense) Experience with SSC (Space Systems Command) is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage complex, fast-paced programs with competing priorities Master's degree (or equivalent experience) Bachelor's + 8 years OR 12 years total experience can substitute
