Job Description

We are seeking engaging and detail-oriented Moderators to facilitate research sessions with participants from the general public. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive participant experience while collecting high-quality, unbiased data in accordance with established research protocols. Key Responsibilities Facilitate research studies, interviews, and testing sessions with recruited participants. Guide participants through study activities while ensuring adherence to client protocols and research guidelines. Collect accurate, objective, and high-quality data throughout each session. Create a professional and comfortable environment that supports participant engagement and study success. Ensure participant privacy, confidentiality, and safety at all times. Follow established security procedures for handling, storing, and transmitting collected data. Maintain accurate documentation and support project teams in meeting research objectives. Uphold quality standards and ensure all activities align with project expectations and compliance requirements. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols. Experience in research, customer-facing, or facilitation roles is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all participant interactions.
